Sapotaceae for the Flora of Gabon
Introduction
Flore du Gabon was initiated in 1961 and is published irregularly with 35 volumes currently published. The treatment for Sapotaceae recognises 23 genera and 54 species. In addition to this floristic account a checklist of the flora has recently been published that recognises 24 genera with 66 species.
